How do I start selling on Heavy Equipment Trade?
Create an account and verify your email, then apply to become a vendor from your dashboard. Once our staff approve your application, you can list equipment from your vendor dashboard.
Can I upload my whole inventory at once?
Yes. Import up to 200 listings per CSV file from your vendor dashboard. Download the template to get a column for every equipment detail, and any row with a problem is reported back to you without stopping the rest of the import.
What details does a listing need?
Every listing needs a listing type, make, model, year, and condition. Add the price, hours, serial number, specifications, features, service history, and photos too — search matches make, model, serial number, and stock number, so complete listings are easier for buyers to find.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers message you straight from your listing, and conversations appear in real time under Messages in your dashboard. You can also mark yourself available for video calls so buyers can ask for a live walkaround.
Can I save a listing and publish it later?
Yes. Save a listing as a draft and only you (and our staff) can see it until you publish it. You can edit a published listing at any time.
How do listings get featured on the home page?
Featured listings are chosen by our staff. Contact us if you would like one of your listings considered.
